How to create Virtual Enviroment Python on window PC

Check current version

py -0

Create .venv Folder

py -3.13 -m venv .venv  

Activated by command 

 .venv\Scripts\activate

Auto activate on Visual Studio Code

use : Ctrl + Shift + P 

Select: Python: Select Interpreter

Select path 

Kill termial and open again
